Archer/Hunter Needing Help With A Lvl 81 Build

I do need Help with my Build

I'm trying to create a thunder/air build with my Spiritshock

my Skills are as Follows:

Strength : 0
Dexterity : 77
Intelligence : 29
Defence : 0
Agility : 52

i hope you can help me with my armor and acceccoir choice

Spectre:
Spell Damage

Chestplate:
Millennium:
Increases Damage of Arrow storm's arrows

Leggings:
Stactic-Charged Leggings:
Get to Lv82 and do Hive thunder and basically by this pair of leggings

Boots:
Ventus Tail:
Not only does this give insane Thunder and Air Damage but also Spell!

Rings:
Ring #1:
Concentration/Raindrop:
Mana Regen

Ring #2:
Malachite:
Spell Damage

Bracelet:
Fog:
Air and Water Dmg + Defense

Necklace:
Royal Stormy Amulet

Bow:
Spiritshock + Thunderlock (Lv86 Rare bow, its pretty good tbh)


Powders:

2 Thunder Powders on Spiritshock
2 Air Powders and 1 Thunder on Thunderlock
3 Water powders on Millennium
