Gaster standing over you menacingly, holding a scalpel towards the "camera" as though he is about to begin "operating" on you. Of note is that his hands have circular holes in the middle of them. Gaster is a skeleton. Chest and upwards should be visible. Background should be pitch-dark. If you have access to the font, Wingdings stating "CURIOUS" can be floating in the empty space behind him. If not, forego it.
