Like this build, although maybe earth breaker instead of electro charged?

 

idk because with electro i would have normal attack speed but with earth breaker i would have negative lifesteal which means i would lose health fast

2x Tisauns honor
Knucklebones would be ideal here but lots of -life and -mana steal so like bovine cuff
and crash or royal dusty

 

What if you took out executioner and used plague mask instead

With the neck from eye of the storm he shouldn't have -lifesteal

Also bovine cuff could be switched out for the new brace with 350 someodd poison Kroltans cruelty or something like that

uhh Terra's mold cuz posion, earth damage, and melee you won't be as strong but have better spells
