due to the fact that neither of these have been found ingame yet, these builds are both untested.
    Anyways,

[IMG] Obligatory joke has been inserted, let's get right into the build

First item is Sizzling Shawl. It gives a fuckton of raw spell damage, which this build is focusing on because Nirvana is pretty useless without it.
    Powders: 2 water

Next Item is Millennium. Again, Raw spell damage, and some Health Regen to counter Sizzling Shawl's destruction of your health regen.
    Powders: 3 Water

Next item is Crystal. For mana regen. Because this is a spell build. And you'd be screwed without mana regen.
    Powders: 2 Water

For the boots, use Memento. It gives good raw spell damage, good mana regen, what more could you ask for?
    Powders: 3 Water

For the rings, use Moon Pool Circlet and Finesse. Moon pool circlet for mana regen, and because it's not as rare as Concentration, AND because it gives the same mana regen and an intelligence boost, and Finesse for raw spell damage.

For the bracelet, use the squid anklet, for mana regen

For the necklace, use willpower. OMYGOD A GOOD MANA REGEN AMULET. Or at least, a better mana regen amulet. Also, carry a backup amulet of rejuvenation. Every build could use one.

Finally, for the weapon, use Nirvana. No shit. It's the name of the build. Put two fire powders and an air powder. For a secondary and thirdidary (shut up) weapon use the Hive Dagger (no powder) and Rewind, for mana regen.
    For skill points:
    15 in Dexterity
    100 in intelligence
    53 in Defense
    4o in Agility

Pros: 16/4 mana regen with good items
About 140 int, and up to 160 int with a good nirvana
    Your multihits are nukes
    Your smoke bombs are nukes
    Some walk speed

    Cons: completely untested
Your spin attacks are outclassed by Weathered and Cataclysm.
Not a lot of walk speed
Not a lot of health regen
    About 8.5k health
First item is Bottled sky. It gives good health, which this build needs if you don't want to become a paper nuke.
    Powders: 2 thunder

Next item is Booster plate. It gives good walk speed, and decent health.
    Powders: 2 thunder

Next item is Gemini. Yes, I am insane. Yes, this is kind of stupid. But it's very necessary to prevent you from being shredded by just about every mob with elemental damage. It also gives enough health to SINGLEHANDEDLY counter a cataclysm with good -health
    Powders: 2 thunder,

Final piece of armor is slayer. It gives good walk speed, and more importantly, it gives 2800 health. Alternatively, you can use Ventus Tail, although you will be MUCH more frail.
    Powders: 2 thunder

For rings, use concentration for some mana regen, and black ring for melee and thunder damage.
Use Charm of the Vampire for your necklace, for health and lifesteal. Also carry an amulet of rejuvenation, for health regen.
Use Ariodo's Dial for thunder and spell damage.

For weapons, use Cataclysm with 2 air powders and 1 water powder. For secondaries, use Rewind for mana regen and Hive dagger for neutral damage
Note: bottled sky and Slayer/Ventus tail must give at least five dexterity.

Pros: you shit out damage like there's no tomorrow.
    You have good walk speed
    You're spells aren't completely useless

    Cons: completely untested
you shit out damage like there's no tomorrow because there probably won't be.
You are frail af, with only 8k health best case scenario.
Even with Gemeni, you can't take too many hits from elements you're weak to.

Nirvana best pve weapon next to apoc, strati, and lament.

Imma give you a personal build I'm working on rn.

Strategist/third eye- depending on what you are doing. If an enemy has water def, shoot for third eye, as you can nuke with raw spell and if it survives then you wont die (since third eye has pretty dank defenses).

Soul signal - raw spell nukes. Yay

Leggings-dark chaneller. Even higher raw spell, 2/4 mana regen. Actually pretty solid defense.

Riverflow- like wavedash, only max 4/4 mana. High defense, has walk speed, water damage.

Finesse - same reasons as you
Ring #2: finesse if using third eye, otherwise concentration/supression.
Bracelet: fog/contrail if third eye, squid if using strategist.
    Neck: royal stormy

    Main: nirvana (2 water)
    Secondary: rewind for 6/4 mr.

    Mr with strategist:
    Helm: -3/4
    Leggings: 2/4
    Boots: 4/4

    Ring: 2/4
    Bracelet: 2/4
    Neclace: (hopefully 2/4)

    Nirvana (not holding rewind); 3/4
Total: 12+natural. With 150 int, definitely infinite spells.

Raw spell max: 1059 per spell hit.

Purpose: main support/main dps. Has infinite spells, can manipulate enemies, and has better stuns than mage.

Can hit multiple spells, multiple times, at the same instant with tons of raw spell. This can shatter all bosses and regular enemies in game.

    Cons:
-isnt a mage, no heal. Try to avoid getting hit
    -weak to earth
-could have better ws, but this is only a problem for qira when she starts spamming tp and knockback. Regardless, still has some walk speed
