Clue Found This Under The House Of Twain...

Sorry if this is already been found!!!
In a room in the House of Twain next to the one with the skeleton carpet (I don't currently have coords) there is an iron trapdoor.
I was looking for a button when I accidentally teleported and glitches through the trapdoor. Under there, there is a room which looks like this:

There are 2 wooden pressure plates in there which, if activated, open a door. This leads to a room with this message.

In this room, there isn't much except for a ladder and a button to open the exit piston.
Any ideas?
(I know this could be unrelated but I'm not sure)

 

That's part of the house of twain quest I believe.

 

I confirm that's a part of the twain quest, me and @AlexisPlay double checked and found nothing down there.

That thread is nothing new. The secret they found was a scrapped Easter egg that I found when dead island came to be. It has nothing to do with ???.
