Chakram Walk Speed Nerfed?

Before the update, my chakram had a walk speed bonus of 32, after logging into my assassin, i found that it was reduced to 27%, but the website's item guide says the max is still 33.

if the double asterisk means max.... Then its nerfed. Otherwise, I think it could just be a bug, or you have 2 different chakrams.

 

It has 28% max now ;-;

 

I only have one chakram, it's the same one i've used since gavel came out.

Additionally, after checking over my items, it've noticed that my gale's force's walk speed increased from 25 to 37 and maelstrom from 20 to 25

I guess they went around editing walk speed on a bunch of items

EDIT: Alazarin hp regen also nerfed, used to be max (around 140), now 41 ;-;. Pendant of prosperity loot bonus buffed (13 -> 20)

 

then its still possible that its just an unrecorded change in the item guide.

 

Nope. @Selvut283 confirmed the Chakram WS was nerfed
