Speculation The Library At Gylia Is Not ??? Related (probably)

So, I decided to investigate the library I'm sure many of us have heard of/seen, and upon investigation, theres a good 90% chance it DOES NOT involve the ???. Looking at the placement of the Key in the Gert Tower and the Library being in the Gyglia basement, I believe this is for a future quest, probably Hunger of the Gerts Part 3. Others have found no hoppers either, so it's most likely an empty room prepping for a quest.

Does that mean that the 3 verses of the riddle DO involve the 3 brothers? ("Behind the one who watches blue" --> Nohno's house has a golden plate, "Near the brown and red" --> Mushrooms --> Yahya --> his house also has a golden pressure plate, "Under the yellow" --> The Sun --> A Star --> you had to go to observatories to get to Mehme)
