Mushrooms

Idk maybe the sun.
The hopper might only work at noon?

blue can also reference smaller waters such as ponds and lakes and rivers
red and brown are mushroom colours
Yahya requires a golden (often used as a comparison to yellow) spoon of sorts and perhaps a daylight sensor plays a part in the hopper mechanic e.g noon only activation?

I think Nohno might be referenced as "the one who watches the blue" since he is constantly looking out at sea.
Yahya is "the red and brown" (because mushrooms, try throwing this in the hopper with the black spoon and the talking mushroom/strange mushroom.)
That leaves Mehme, try throwing it in the big meteor hopper with the 2 meteor shards that are still obtainable.

Well I used to grind in the cave and I can 100% guarantee that the minecart dispenser thing at the entrance wasn't there before the update.
Can we get a bit more detail on how to navigate the minecart? You lost me there.
