    For the price of slow movement and little to no damage, you can basically replace your blood with health potion. Surprisingly, you only need to get 25 magic feathers from Phoenixes for this item too, instead of paying a lot of money. (It can be bought in Aldorei)

    Something tells me this item is made for Statue Build users.
    The necklace can be bought from the Aldorei Accessory Shop located at X: -173, Y: 100, Z: -4415

    The necklace costs 25 Magic Feathers, which are dropped from Phoenixes between Lake Gylia and Thanos around X: 45, Y: 38, Z: -5252

    EDIT: Tested it, and it can bring my undead Ninja back to full health from half in about 7 seconds.

    Considering it completely creams your damage output, I'd suggest having it in your inventory next to your necklace slot for quick-switch when you're low.
    That's what I do anyway. I switch out my Royal Cyclone for it.

    You'd also need a ton of good Speed, Spell and Melee % items though if you wanted to actually kill someone with it.
