Max Walkspeed Ring

So, I found this ring in a random loot chest.


I know that its a new item, and that Nyam made it in the Hide and Seek event (or something like that), but does anybody know that max walkspeed for this ring? It's already better than the previous max walkspeed ring (16% ws Raging Wind), but the item guide doesn't have the item.

 

Three asterisks is max, I think the max is 20. @Nyam help us out?

 

But sometimes, a stat could be max with 2 astericks....

 

No the asterisks are the quality of roll you got, not the actual quality Id

 

Cause it's buggy, but so far it's worked as intended on all accessories.

Apparently I have been summoned
Max walk on Kaze is +19% but that's kinda rare (~1.98% chance)
So this is the highest possible walk on Kaze that can be found easilyish
It's been buffed a little bit from the original that was planned but the walk speed is still the same if you maths it
It feels so unnatural not writing a wall of text as a non-profile post
