Speculation Tisuan's Grave!

Has anybody ever seen Tisuan's grave? It is located on top of the guild hall. Here is a screenshot:



Any ideas?

 

I feel like this will somehow be used to obtain Tisane's Valor, the currently unobtainable chestplate.

 

Also, on the cinfras clock tower it says: "If you want time, you must make it!"
What does this mean?

 

"But not yet..." Maybe its later in the ??? quest?

Definitly got some magnitude of support being in ???, as we have multiple steps to complete. And with that last line of text, definitely shows it's potential

 

Wait... his last name is sodeta... we have sodeta boots... try talking it it with sodeta boots?

 

It says the same sort of thing if you try to open the Llevigar Library door without the key.
