Corruptor Of Worlds Nerfed?

Just today, I've decided to fight CoW with my friend. Everything was on their place, CoW had 100k hp, some elemental resistances, regenerated 5k hp every 10 seconds, etc etc, but one thing made me wonder.
I have worn iron armor and the helmet, and with the defence potion, I had around 110 defence.
The problem is, the boss dealt me hardly any damage, his regular attack didn't seem to do anything, and multi hits did around 200-300 damage overall to me.

Is corruptor's damage so low now, or it was always like this, and I was too tanky? (I don't believe I had never ending dodges with 13.8% dodge rate)

 

It was actually buffed, apparently.

Well, I never knew what his base damage is, and all the videos about him featured quite a lot of damage, so I thought he will deal big damage to me too.

the CoW is known by it's stupidly high speed,as is one of the fastest mobs ever and that can resolve your question:your 110 defense points AND it does low damage,but hits a ton of times per second(Like 5 times per second,truely fast)
