I think now it's fine. 2 powder slots just lets you do more cool stuff with it such as

RAINING HELL LIGHTNING UPON YOUR FOES

and

SMITING YOUR ENEMIES WITH A WICKED CURSE

or

CAUSING THE EARTH ITSELF TO TREMBLE DUE TO THE MIGHT OF YOUR WEAPON

maybe even

ENGULF THOSE WHO OPPOSE YOU IN A WIND PRISON TO SUFFER AN ETERNITY OF HELL

or possibly even

IGNITE YOURSELF ON FIRE AND UNLEASH THE POWERS OF THE UNDERWORLD ONTO YOUR ENEMIES​

Tell me how a Lv 74 bow that so severely outdamages a Lv 99 wand is bad.

Maybe because

1) the az is completely luck, on average it does around the same amount as one of the mythic wands iirc

2) archers are meant to do more dmg than mages, look at sets of the 4 weapons; bows always deal the most dmg and wands usually deal the least.

Though I do agree the level should be raised, maybe 87?

 

So is the wand that I am citing, Fatal, dealing 1-500 Thunder damage at Very Fast speed. Az is in fact more reliable because it has neutral damage, which also makes its powders even more powerful.

That is true, but the discrepancy isn't -that- high. Az is simply overpowered, and it was so without the 2nd powder slot as well. This is like how people moaned and groaned over Multihits getting fixed. The spell itself was still just fine in terms of power, but since it was no longer the overpowered beast it used to be, everyone cried "ruined forever!!" "PLZ BUFF MULTIHITS" "assassin=worst class" when they really just needed to deal with the fact that it wasn't a free point-click-win anymore. This is a replay of that same scenario.

Much like Pure or Archangel, perhaps Az was -meant- to be this level? And perhaps then its power should be balanced to its level instead of screwing people out of what may be their only weapon at this point?
