I'd swap finesse for barrage/a mana Regen ring as 25 raw spell dmg is useless. Soul signal is useless as raw spell is broken, try the corrupted Chestplate.
I think it gives good water dmg. You may want to do put some earth powders on your Thrundacrack because going with wynncraft logic of someone is resistant to thunder it is most likely weak to earth.
