    Looks to me like a great weapon to use if built for dexterity

    I'd guess a dungeon specific item - I've gotten untradables aswell I believe from dungeons, pretty cool imo

    -122% thunder damage?
    does that mean enemies with a thunder weakness would heal from that weapon for 22% of its original damage???
    why is this thread even in this section?????
