Archer/Hunter Help Cluster Build?

I just noticed that they buffed this bow heavily I think this bow has potential to be a good neutral damage poison build.

here are the stats

 

You would have to carry a lot of Spell Damage, % most likely because raw wouldn't help unless you're spamming the shit out of Arrow Storm, so items like Vaward and Millenium (Or that one level 92 chestplate that gives more than mil. but I can't remember the name) might work.

 

Soul signal, and what he said. Maybe 2x prism, and squid anklet with water necklace from site D.

 

Just asking does exploding also inflict poison because i was thinking that this can hit multiple enemies with poison

 

Why are you all recommending spell builds when he clearly asked for a poison build tho?

Desolation/hero's end
Humbark/corruption seal

Acidx2
Ensas failure
Planet healer/contrast

105 dex for cancer and 80 str for taurus and ensa. Where's that 40 def coming from?
