Guide New Emerald Grinding Meta?

Do you think this is a valid and very efficient way of grinding compared to other methods?

    Basically, If you haven't noticed there is a new "Treasure Merchant" Located on Selchar. You can gain items to sell to it East of Selchar. I can expect I at least get an LE every 40 mins which isn't bad when all other methods have been sorta nerfed. I tested this around 5 times with the timer set to 30 mins, and I usually got around 44-52 of EB.

    I have, and it seems decent for the level I am at, also there is a tier2 chest hidden somewhere...

    I'll say this much, it should be far from an LE every half hour...
