Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

Once the beast finishes building, it lets out another roar and charges you.

Helianthus looks around to see if anyone is there.

 

A few off-duty guards are sparring, and a few others are being fit with armor.

 

"Its ok, neither do I, which is why I kinda freaked out after my second battle. Though I'm sure we will do fine. Hopefully."

 

Helianthus looks around for anyone who looks like they're in charge.

 

There seems to be nobody there.

 

"Could've sworn this was the right spot." Helianthus says, before going out and looking for any other training rooms.

 

"They should be a lot better now. For the first few weeks, they're going to eat a lot and have long sleeps, and then they will go back to how they were before this."

"As I said, I need to find the place I created it."

Enqo stands in front of the charge confidently.
He makes a telepathic link with Terrae.
"I found the problem in your mines. It's this creature which absorbed some corpses and a blood river. It's in some sort of cave hidden beyond the mines. The mines are collapsed in several places too, and there were some people trapped earlier."

"I meant among my race, but I see what you mean."
Daras says, "Let's go back to the others."
His cloak unfurls into a pair of wings. He flies upwards and heads west.
Hythania, Idala and Anna climb onto the metallic dragon, the floating dragon and the wyvern and follow him.

 

"Alright, give me a give me a description of the area you're in. I'll teleport in there and deal with the creature. Make it as detailed as possible. I want to get it right."

OOC: Damn, that's smart.

 

"That's good. I'm glad they'll be happier now." I say happily.

 

As you wander, you come across another map. However, there doesn't seem to be another training room.

Just as you finish looking, you feel a bit of a quake and Xlentia's roar.

"Perhaps you should tell Aj and the others not to be waiting for you, then. I'd bet you could try to get Lisa and Max to help you. Also, do you know where Daras and Hythania are? I believe the group was waiting on them as well."

 

Helianthus immediately heads over to the direction of the sound.

 

By the time you arrive, all that's left is her tail sliding through a huge portal.
Several odd creatures rush in to fill in the hole in the floor.

 

Matthew hops on his HoverRail and starts to follow the group, "You know I'm so glad I decided to actually go out and stop being a hermit. Well technically I wasn't sense I lived in a village but ya know. Anyways what exactly are we up against, like last time I was here it was... *Shudders*, Feiha. Oh I hope she's dead. And at the time I thought a feral Emeraldonian Sentinel was bad..."

 

Helianthus asks one of them, "What happened here?"

 

"Intruder." One says flatly, merging with the hole in the floor, thus patching it.

 

OOC: I was going to just let Enqo confuse it, then I realised even a ghost might have problems with something he doesn't know about, and he is able to use telepathy, so yeah.

"I'm in a very large cave. There is a river of blood flowing into the centre, where there is a pile of corpses. This glob absorbed the corpses and turned into a large monster. The only way in, as far as I know, was blocked by a collapse soon after I went inside.

I pause for a moment.
"Ever tried to make two telepathic links? I'm surprised I didn't say the wrong thing to each of the receivers. Anyway, I have to go now. A spell I created a while ago seems to be causing trouble, including the dragon which was here. If I can find the spot I created it, I'll be able to find out what it's doing."

"Yes, I will. I'm with Aj right now, so I'll tell him. And I think Hythania went into the forest around the Birthlake with Idala. Daras will probably have stayed behind to wait for them. I'll just check."
He makes another telepathic link.
"Daras says he's just going to Rineth now with Hythania, Idala and Anna. Someone else is with them too. They said they know Ihra and that Hythania and Idala found them in the forest."

Daras says, "Feiha? I think someone mentioned her name a while ago, but I don't think any of us four have seen her. Apparently the draconian causing most of the trouble was called Nyre. There is also the Hive Master, who is controlling most of the draconians. And then Xlentia... you will know her when you see her. She's a very large dragon god. She wants Ihra's staff, which is very powerful. Oh, and that is probably them down there."

A few things are approaching the group from the direction of the Birthlake. They seem to be Daras, then Aura, Hryth, the wyvern... and something else behind them?

 

"Alright, I'll head back then." I say, starting to head out of the cave.

 

"Tell the others that I'm going as well. I don't want them to be waiting for me. I'll be back as soon as I can."
I seem to be able to stand better now, and I fly through the caves past you.

 

"Will do!" I say, teleporting out of the caves.

 

"Alright. Keila and I will follow you, thanks for letting us know."


Ihra squints at the group.
"Are those them?"
Iruk nods silently, though Ihra wasn't paying attention to him.
