I agree with all of this except the quest items. Quest items are a large piece of lore, so it would make sense for this huge event to be linked to all sorts of backstories and history
Edit: by quest items I mean untradable items or items used in quest. With the /quest item command it shouldn't be too difficult to test because you can get the items back
