You can find guards around lvl 70-80 areas

 

Where do you get the broken key needed to craft the corrupted key?

 

you need to show what the item rewards are ;-;

 

You can see what the merchant sells without doing it. Also they're op af.

You can find the Corrupted Decrepit Sewers Key Guardian in the Kander Forest, he will drop the broken key.
