I just re-ID'd my Thrundacrack and tbh it was worth all of it :

Max Walk Speed, max Dexterity, close to max Thunder damage, Water Damage, and Health regen debuff.
So if anyone who didn't know wanted to be assured about the mythic re-ID costs :

• 20 EB~
• 1 LE~
• 5 LE~
• 10 LE~

That's how much it was for all of my mythics that I re-id, and tbh, I'm really quite happy about this system. If you have below averages Mythic, don't be scared to try, at most, you have 4-5 chances before the cost rises to absurd levels :P

 

Max is 3 asterisks tho

 

*** seems to only appear on accessories at the moment, my maxed xp set shows ** for the xp

 

That's what the stats are on wynnapps, so I don't know man, I don't think Thrunda was buffed of all weapons.
Plus the * seem to be very inconsistent for me as well

 

I've gotten 3 asterisks on some armor and weapons though.

Most of the IDs are updated, which means the wynnapps is outdated :D

 

I have a Wind Mimic with 25%* Walk Speed even if it's 1% off max and should be ** :P

 

Welp I seriously have no idea then, I'm basing my answer from what I've seen and heard so far.

 

Speaking of which, my Concentration has 2/4s** mana regen instead of 2/4s*** as well, so I don't know if it was buffed but it's very unlikely.
I'd rather think it's a bug, which is not hard to believe at this stage.

Now there are powders, that Thrundacrack is going to be powerful with water (especially since a lot of mobs which are resistant to one of these two elements are weak to the other).

My 325 spell dmg soul signal has 3 stars

 

The reason this happens is because when max values on items are calculated, they are often needed to be rounded in order to be a whole number that is easy for the user to digest. For example, the max spell damage on Millenium is a clean 293, meaning that the max value will have 3 stars next to it, yet the true max value for Concentration is 1.(something)/4 Mana Regen, so it is rounded up and only results in 2 stars by the name because of the fact that it isn't *exactly* at the maximum value.

Mhhhhhhhmmmmm, wait what, did Strati's Spell Damage got buffed?
I saw on (probably not updated) api, and base Spell Damage was 10%. That one has 13%, which has to be 121%-130%, and which has to be ** or *** stars. Did it got buffed a bit, or is my theory on those stars just wrong?
My theory is
* = 101% - 119%
** = 120% - 129%
*** = 130%
