This reef is talked about in one of the seas kipper dialogues.

 

The coral of nelfors is unsellable.

 

if this minigame is real, then has pigball returned?

 

Keep in mind that you had Salted to test with you, as well as anyone willing to spend a few minutes over on build. For the reef I essentially had to test this by myself, and the way this works is much much tougher to balance, since it needs to

A) Give enough items in order to be engaging, while at the same time
B) Not being an economy breaker.

Seaskipper would literally have worked as just a fast-travel, while this was specifically geared towards making money. Two different situations. My constantly getting prizes from the Seaskipper's "bonus" rewards is a much different case than the reef trawling working too well. Either way, the percentages have been nerfed.

Why would I fix it? It's obviously untradable for a reason.

No boss altar item is untradable since they're junk/misc. items.

 

I see why you might want to make Selchar have a diving "minigame" Selchar isn't really a ocean hub has I guess it is supposed to be. I always felt like it was just more of a place you go to when you die in the ocean

 

Wait with high health regen couldn't you stay down there for a long time?

 

maybe but using the breathing helmet works fine
