It has good spell damage but being so low it doesn't have much normal damage. I will most likely keep one for spell casting and use one for fending off the weaker mobs.

chaser is litterly the fastest walk speed none mythic bow in the game rofl
and some of those dungeon items are highest in melee damage , fire damage and more wtf 0-0

 

Yeah xhser is a little out you have,to beat the dungeon 8'times t the dungeon must be hard

It's a fast travel between Ragni and Detlas. You unlock it through the Confused Farmer quest.

Yep. Why would anyone past level 15 want to go to ragni except to meet a new friend?
Really underwhelming award for a boss altar.
