I feel like the tier 4 and higher relics have like a 30% chance to drop their tier relics. I went to the water 4 and thunder 4 relics, and got a water 2 and a thunder 1. I think the chases are either too low or I'm just really unlucky...

Powders tier 4/5/6 are op and should be rare.
It'll be easy to grind relics for those if they make the chances better.

 

But I still think I shouldn't be getting only t2 and t1 powders from the t4 relics :(

 

I have my two high lvl classes at tier VI relic. This is known as the @XavierEXE method of getting powders.

 

I went to the Tier 6 green powder relic and got a Tier 1 green powder.

 

RIP. Still planning on doing the patented XavierEXE method of powder getting tho, right?

I'll just visit all the relics Tier IV and higher and do loot runs for powders.

 

Yeah rodoroc loot runs will guaranteed give t5 and t6 powders. I think loot runs will be more reliable than relics lmao

 

True, but so far there have been no reports of getting a Tier IV or higher from a relic.
There should be at least a decent chance, right? Otherwise, what's the point of the tier VI relic when you get the exact same thing from the tier IV relic?

 

The chance feels like 30% to get the relic that you are trying to get
