    So I'm in Selchar, doing Sister City, when on the main docks, I notice a new NPC who says this:

    Looks like there might be another new province in the future! (That isn't Dern or Fruma, since this guy doesn't look Dernic, and we came from Fruma to help Wynn, so I don't think we'd need an invitation to go back to our home province.)

    Wynnian Theorist have believed Fruma is a more advanced province. While I agree it's odd that we need invitation to enter our home Province, you can always hope for more information about new provinces.
