Reaction/Discussion The Wybels

In the update we finally get the best mob in-game, Wybels.

The Wybels live ontop of a island located around [1300. 66, -4600]. The island has a lot of these fellow creatures... and uh stuff.

minor edit: killing the suspicious crate will either drop ebs (i don't know the average), or go hostile and try to kill you.

There are 3 main types of Wybels that roam around the island

Starting with the passive one, they really don't do a lot. They just walk around like you don't exist.


Next one is the neutral one, attacking them will cause them to try to kill you.


Last one is the "affectionate" one. They follow you and cuddle you to death. They also defend you! They deal a good amount of damage to mobs.


In the island, there's 2 nest where the adorable Wybels cuddle and lick each other.




The Wybel island connects to the island holding the typical hostile sky island mobs.


So Wybels are a thing now, what do you think? Aren't they adorable? Don't you wanna buy 20 of them and pet them everyday?

UPDATE: here you go! i had no eraser so slightly shittier than i tend to do, i'll probably draw more later when i have better stuff to use because these things are adorable

There's actually a bunch of them in towns as well. A bunch of people already saw Nibbles, but there's still seven more Wybels that people are keeping as pets all around.

By the way, just for future posterity(and pronunciation help), Wybel actually rhymes with Nibble.

You should draw Steven and the Crystal Gems with a lot of these Wybels with Garnet saying "I am powerless against their cuteness."

 

Horns. Never seen that card before, and I was just trying to brainstorm(along with Pat, a mob maker) how to make something that's just ridiculously cute.
