Joining Server Issues (mod Needed)

Hi my ign is arandomwalrus. I stayed off this server for awhile and I logged in today and whenever I join the server, I don't know where I am but I spawn in a chest then since there is no blocks beneath the chest, I fall into a void. I try to use /kill or /spawn but it says I am not aloud to use commands. I also have nothing in my inventory. I think I need a mod to tp me to spawn or something so I can stop falling into the void.

 

It sounds like you don't have the resource pack, which you need.

 

Well, if it's disabled it does that, but if it's enabled it entirely ignores that you don't have it and let's you in game.

 

How do I enable enable it?
