A Message Regarding The Community.

Did you read nothing at all?

 

Something about toxicity caused because of lack of new content.

 

Wynn's Community and staff team (while under stress from all the drama, fighting, and whatnot) Is still top-of-the-line.

as shown by Videos on youtube and player's sightings of the Mods, the staff dose there job and dose it very well. I haven't seen many hackers on. Mainly because they Catch the ban hammer in the face from the Mods.

the Community is helpful, I offered to buy something in the market on the forums, And the seller got to me within the hour. I have multiple examples including someone helping me getting into the servers of 'the heart of Llvinger'.

the Staff-player relationship is amazing, unlike several major servers like mineverse (do not ever go there, it is Horrid.)

 

I'm glad that the Admins are addressing the community problem. The (hopefully) previously growing levels of toxicity was the most prominent reason I've left wynncraft for over 4 months. Even I was contributing to it. It seems it almost reached a tipping point while I was gone, but I'm glad that our mods and admins actually care about the community and helped it die down a good portion. I can't think of any other admins or mods from other servers that would actually intervene and help out the community.

I havent seen any toxic. The only place iv been hanging out is the your work section. and just a little shitposting in the bar

Why no good-bye threads? While they are often toxic in nature, some are decent.

We used to have them, then there was too much spam from them. If someone is really not sure then they can ask a mod beforehand and get it approved.

The one @captainganon posted in the comments on a profile post, if I'm correct.

 

A few days ago, someone messaged me that I was "one of the only builder/gms that interact a lot with the community. ". As much as I appreciated that, it got me thinking.

I just try to be as helpful as humanly possible, and I make sure to go around the forums, to see if something catches my interest. Now, if that's interaction, it's something very easy to be doing. However, I have time that our 3 (and more) administrators do not have. Now, don't get me wrong; being with the community is worth spending time on. It's just that we do not realize how much of the day goes to working on one or the other thing, for the administrators.

I remember the other day, when Salted just had to sit for an hour or two, writing lore for certain items (not actual weapons or armour). I mean, that just really got me thinking about how much Salted has to visualize things, and make them come to reality.

Please don't underestimate work someone else is doing, that you do not see yourself.
