What Is Supposed To Stand Out From Warrior?

Well, first of all my situation, im a 65 warrior that doesnt have problems at all when advancing in the quests, except for ranged bosses, and that has a decent amount of everithing (damage defense etc.) but when i play with my friend (archer level 55) i realize that in base stats there is nothing in wich we distinguish from each other otherwise that his weapons have much more DPS, when in combat i am supposed to tank, and deal damage slowly, result i kill monsters while losing some HP, no big deal, but he kills them from far away without having them to touch them, result no HP lose, then my question is,

What makes warrior "Special"?

he takes 2 times the damage you take and his melee can only hit 1 mob at a time while yours can hit a lot at a time (if they are in a group)

 

better in tight spaces than archer, if that's the answer you're looking for. But then again there's arrow shield so if your friend has a lot of int, he can just use that.

 

So, imma "group killer" and he is more of a "duelist"

 

he's the crazy guy with the machine gun and you are the tanky dual wielding canon/flamethrower

 

Duelist pffffffff "DUELIST" he still has AoE damage just you have more

 

Warriors can tank like mad. I'm a level 89 warrior and I can survive multiple hits from Bob, while Mages, Archers, and Assassins can hardly take a few hits from him.

 

Exactly, in fact archers are 100% glass cannon. They take 120% damage from all sources, but they have a higher damage output. Choose archer if you want to be manoeuvrable and tactical. Warrior on the other hand, only takes 80% of damage from all sources, so can tank huge damage without even trying. Furthermore, warrior can also deal HUGE damage to mobs with elemental defence like Bob's koff koff Ripjaw Bob 1 shot koff koff apocalypse koff koff. Choose warrior if you want to be in the front lines bashing opponents to death.
