    I have felt this same problem before, and what I did to conquer it was by literally building the quest. The entire thing. Yes, I went a bit overboard. Unfortuanetly, I lost the entire application to the Times of pre-gavel update, but it still serves as a reminder that sometimes explaining your quest takes more then the quest itself.
