Im sorry but theres no bow that can give you mana regen for your level... can you do mana steal?

 

uhh Sodeta boots/crystal/3 jester/millennium/spectre/maelstrom Not sure of the cost but sodeta's are quest reward jesters are common in the jungle. crystal/spectre may be expensive I think millennium shouldn't be a problem neither should maelstrom.

 

I was thinking the same thing but you should try steamjet instead of sodeta
