    That could mean several things :

    "Under is over"​
    1. Over could be used in the sense that time has run out
    2. This first part could be meaning that the rest of the riddle is opposite
    "Over is dark"​
    1. If you follow the first theme, could mean that Dark = Under = Finished ? I have no idea tbh
    2. ..Or it could be "Over is dark" reversed, "Under is light" or something...
    Yup, that's as vague as this is going to get :P

    Hmm I have a theory. Under is over, meaning the underground passage is affiliated with something overground. And over is dark, maybe to activate the under it needs to be night?

    Jumla said to look UNDER buildings. If Under is Over, than that means look Over buildings.
