Help !!!

I've just lost my Jera Pants (50% Loot & 13% Xp) !!
I've click on the pants accidentally when i'm on my white horse, the horse is despawn and my pants fallen from inventory & vanished >:(
There is a way to recover them !?!?

 

I'm sorry but in wynn there's a strict no refund policy, but since your a youtuber, maybe you might have some footage that you can show Salted?

 

i was playing alone without recording/streaming with my new assassin class.
For video/stream i use the mage.
this isn't the first time i lost something in wynn but damn those Jera pants was awesome (2 off max loot & max xp) !!!
