My Friend Bought Me Vip By Accident, Instead Of Himself. I Already Had Vip Before This.

Story time! So today my friend was going to buy himself VIP, but he didn't realize that the name buycraft selected was mine. Therefore when he bought VIP, he bought it for me... I already have VIP so im not really too sure what to do. I've sent a support email, do you know if they are able to credit him with the rank he accidentally bought on my account?

 

Pretty sure support can help if he has proof of purchase, also why would he put your name in, in the first place?

 

I'm fairly certain you can't buy VIP for an account that has VIP.

That may have changed with VIP + though

You are just going to have to wait for support to receive your email, and to deal with whatever actually happened. They could take several days, being busy, so there is nothing to do but to wait it out it, for now.

His friend was buying vip for himself and accidentally bought it for the op, you got it backwards.

 

No matter what happened, support will have to deal with it. I don't understand how what happened, happened, or is supposed to have happened, even though I do understand what he is saying, logically, I understand it, but on an emotional level, I don't understand it. It's one of those things that almost makes my eyes cross. Now, if his friend was using his pc to make the purchase, and didn't check to see whose name came up, because of cookies or whatever, then it would at least make some sense.
