Unused Clock?

Peeps probably already know this but in Eltom there is an unused broken clock for the clock side quest (not really a quest). Just thought it was cool.

 

Or it could be just a normal clock.

I mean they look exactly the same and you never know as more areas could have been planned to be included. Plus (actually answer this I don't know) how many other areas do you see with clocks that look like this but are not broken clocks?

 

Well only 8 clocks are used for that easteregg, and it is classified as fully completed so I'm guessing no more clocks from other cities will be used.

 

well yes but at one point they may have even wanted to include areas further passed the canyon of the lost.
