My Items Got Deleted?

Ok so basically I log on to my account one day and my items are completely gone. I just think to myself that you know maybe it was just a glitch. I've been playing the game for quite sometime and glitches happen in games. It's normal. But recently, I logged on for the first time in awhile and all my good items and gear on me and in the bank were gone... I told me cousin who played the game with me that this had happened and said that someone messaged him about me hacking.. I assure you I wasn't hacking at all and I don't know why this happened... But all my items are now gone.. Can someone please help me?

and iirc you don't loose your items if you get banned

I would suspect your cousin as he has access to your account.

But yeah that's why I thought at first but he would never do that.. He's like 9 and his parents would kill him and also he doesn't have my account info

 

No refund policy, sorry. I guess you have to buy basic armor and weapons from the merchants for now until you get better equipment

 

What is there to refund!!! They took my items because they ASSUMED I WAS HACKING! It shouldn't have been taken anyway!

 

I don't think they remove your items from your inv when you get banned.

Your account could have been compromised. It explains why people thought you were hacking.

Try changing your password and migrating your username to a Mojang account if you already haven't.

Mods don't take your items when you get banned, or when you're hacking. Also if you can manage to find out who was the person that msg you or your cousin about hacking.

 

Hi, @Daedpewl . The moderator team just doesn't do any of that; we don't take items away from anyone suspected of hacking, and we don't take away items from anyone that is banned. It's just not done, because, first, a suspicion isn't proof, and second, someone who has been banned has the right to appeal their ban. It would be horribly unfair to do that to anyone. Also, as far as I've ever seen or known, even if someone had an item that was duped, or an illegal vanilla item, the mods have always asked the person to get rid of the item themselves, first.

I know that you don't believe that your cousin had anything to do with this, however, I'm going to have suspect that he did. We wouldn't even discuss it with him, if we had to remove an illegal or duped item; it's not his account. We might discuss it with him, if he asked about it, after the fact, but we wouldn't broadcast that information before the fact, because we wouldn't want to forewarn someone, in that case. Also, at 9, he would probably make up any story that he thought was plausible, in order to not get into trouble, and I'm sure you were hopping mad when you found the items missing.

Also, I'm curious as to why only your good items were gone. That's really suspicious, especially if you haven't been on in a while, and your cousin has. It makes me wonder if he borrowed them, and then forgot.

There are two other possibilities that I can think of, here, also. Is it possible that you may have installed a mod from some source that was a bit, questionable? Sometimes people write mods and use them to steal all sorts of information, including passwords. Also, is it possible that when you last played on WynnCraft, that you may have walked away, and left your game open? I know that was a long time ago, but could someone have had access to your game, and not had any idea what they were doing?

I know, this is a lot of speculation, however, something happened to your items, but it wasn't because of anything that any of the staff did. We just wouldn't do that, as I explained, above.

PS: Change your MC password to something completely new and don't share it with your cousin.
