As many of you probably know I am known for my services in build making.
I made builds for any class and any weapon/skilltree and I am pretty sure that we will find the right thing for you ;)

Class: archer/mage
Level: archer is 95 but, You can use any items. Mage is 60 so not quite there yet but I want an endgame build (preferably spell damage)
I have no clue of the weapon or skill tree.

assassin build with insane thunder damages (alltho i do have a black build with insane spell damages i want a build with only thunder damage on the dagger so no black)
warrior thrundacrack damaging build , insane glass cannon that is fast and will be able to avoid attacks so it wont get one shot but still have decent mana regen and intl
archer grandmother damaging build
also the one i need as fast as possible is the thrundacrack one , the others i dont plan on using before the update so you can take ur sweet time :3

Can afford anything except another mythic, have too many of those already
Level 93, but you can do any level up to 100
Strength and agility archer guild. I have some god ideas for it but I want to see what you come up with. Also, please use an agility weapon.

I would like a 1 story house with a 12'x12' garden for a backyard, a 5'x8' drive way, 11'x7' garage, 2 8'x8' bedrooms, a 10'x9' master bedroom, 3 4'x6' bathrooms, a 12'x11' living room, and a 9x6 kitchen please tell me when you can get to work, any layout works for me. Add hallways as you see fit, and please keep furniture and outlet placement in mind to be as convenient as possible. Thanks :) also my class is student/middle-class and my level would be around 5-25, my plans are above this and I do not have any current build to build off of etc.

Any ideas for weapons/etc: An intelligence-heavy warrior that is relatively tanky, focusing on spell damage. (So probably like water/fire, but focusing on water)
