    I wont be able to get online till the 28th of August. But Im sure a friend can do the trade (with my account) for me.

    Well, not to crush your hopes and dreams, but I am 102% sure that a possibility does not exist, which is why no one sells raging winds, or any other untradeable item here.

    Wellllll it says untradeable, so I'd imagine the staff don't want you to trade it through a glitch

    If you know how to trade untradeable items with a glitch, you should report it instead of going around telling everyone that you know how to trade untradeable items.
