Mage/Dark Wizard Help Statue Build

As the title and filter say, I'm looking for help with a statue build.
By help I mean I'm shit at starting builds.

I want a mage build that utilizes the Statue boots, gives me all around good elemental defense (i'd prefer if the Elemental defenses were not evenly distributed as that can actually reduce defense IIRC), able to counter the negative walkspeed and is able to provide me with high heal boosts.

Essentially an 'All Elemental' tank type build.

You can use the powder system and apply theoretical powders to your weapon/armour suggestions if you want.
All of this has to be in the 90-97 level range, if possible.

You should remove the level cap so that they can incorporate Qira gear.

 

just do what that little b**** lordmuttonchops does , get a statue . get 100 agility and rest is agility armor

I'll tell you my endgame build with Statue, just a minute I'll just go fetch all the items. :P

Okay so currently I use Veekhat's Horns, Booster Plate, Tailwind, Statue. My accessories are Raging Wind, Precious, no bracelet and Lightning Flash (I believe you get it from a Thunder Voucher in Qira) and my wand is Heavenly Wisp.
This build gives me 17,070 HP, -22% Walk Speed, 434 defense in Fire, 266 in Air, 482 in Earth, 1o in Thunder (lol bad n ez) and 548 in Water.

My endgame build is..
Aries, Booster Plate, Sagittarius and Statue. My accessories will somewhat be two Stratuses, Errant and Contrail. My wand will be Whimsy. This build requires level 95.
I am not sure how much HP, Walk Speed or defense I have with this build but I am positive it's at least positive Walk Speed, as all items except the Statue have Walk Speed.

Eh you are mage, just beef up your mana and teleport rather than use 3 pieces of walk speed to counter statue xd.

He said that part had to do with possibly your skill points and it may be a bug I don't know

Eh, unsure if I'd ever use Phoenix Wing, it's stats are strange to say the least and it's based on Fire/Air rather than what i'm hoping to go for, thanks for suggestion though :)
