Relic Armor?

On Wynnapps, i see water relic armor set

How do u get those?

 

It is against the rules to reveal the locations of the Relic Armor & Weapons, powders are fine though.

Im asking about the water set, how do you get those. cause i saw it on wynnapps

 

Wynnapps, written and hosted by @! 3 !, uses Wynncraft API. It's understood by those who develop using the API that the API has information that is not necessarily released yet (like my thread on Guild Territories). So just because it's on Wynnapps.tk right now, doesn't mean it's in game yet.

There are no elemental relic armors that I know of, only the basic relic armor which is really good tbh
