    We landed at 9am and began driving, we visited the salt mines (giant underground halls 200 meters bellow the surface) then we ate bean and smoked ham soup for lunch and our main course was a cut of meat our guide could only explain as a pig's neck (so tasty) the dishes were served with red salt from the local mine.
    Then we didn't do much but catch up on lost sleep.
