    If you mean what level range you can find Apocalypse dropping, look for areas around Lv 80.

    If you meant something else, I have no idea what you meant.

    The best place to find it is where the mobs are of a similar level to the spear, which means Toa might work.

    It can vary, it's an extremely rare drop.

    You could kill mobs for 10 minutes, and get it. Or you could kill mobs for 5 hours and not get it.

    It comes down to blind luck.

    If I could grind for only 5 hours and get a mythic, I would be grinding 5 hours daily...
