Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"A water battle seems like it would be exciting."

 

"I mean, walking on the bottom of the ocean might be the safest place for you during some of our battles."

"I'm pretty sure Myria's done it before. I wouldn't push it."

 

Abigail goes silent; just focusing on walking ahead. She looks a little paler than usual.

 

"I can fight! Probably... But I can at least do something."

 

"Are you okay?"

"If you can reform after parts of you are cut off, you should be fine."

 

"I...I just feel a little light headed...haha." Abigail says nervously.

 

"Sit down. Myria's already doing something to you, maybe."

 

"What!? Shit shit shit shit shit!!!" Abigail curses, scared.

 

Ihra reaches out to Myria.
"What are you doing to Abigail?"

 

"Nothing. Why do you ask?" Myria responds.

 

"Abigail's freaking out and looks like she's about to faint."

 

"Oh; why is she freaking out?" Myria asks.

 

"Of course I can! That's like, the first thing you should learn after you get the hang if shape shifting."

 

Matthew sits down at the place where the first rift opened, and tries to track the group down, "Ok so by meditating I should be able to track them, or at least that was what that sage told me, eh. What do I know, he was 109 and about to die." He starts to concentrate and something happens, he sees visions of what happened to his friends, "Ok so, Josh and Katherine are, still in the woods, that's great, oh, oh no. He's dead, them too... Oh." For a second tears swell up in his eyes, remembering the friends he had just realized were gone, then he snaps back, "Ok, I need to move on. A lot has happened sense-" He just then gets a vision of Brisingr being destroyed, with many people with it. Matthew is shocked. "..." Then he finally gets a good vision, "Ihra, she is in... Wait, the hell is 'The Lost Kingdom', oh. I think its talking about that stupid deserted island. But don't you get stranded if you head there?" Matthew ponders for a moment, and a fierce look comes over him, "Not like some stupid legend will stop me!" Matthew stands up and hops on his HoverRail, and makes a his was toward the Darklands.

OOC: I'm using this to justify how Rogue is going to find you guys. And also with the tracking thing, you guys don't know what Matthew did on the island, so i'm kinda just working with it and revealing more stuff along the way, I should have probably posted a lot today but I had church, then my friends house where I struggled to teach him Wynncraft (It was Josh by the way), and then I had more church. So this is why I am posting at 9:30.
EDIT: Also until I actually meet up with the gang all my post's are going to be full paragraphs because I have know one to talk to. And descriptive detail and adding things in from the Island adventure.

 

"You can trace me through telepathy, right? Come have Artemis help her or something, she's going pale and stuff! Well... we plan to leave soon anyways. I'm trying to help her right now."

"Abigail, it's not Myria. Did you get bit by something maybe?"

"Good, then I'm glad you'll be okay - as long as you're not completely destroyed."

 

Hryth is floating on the beach next to the lake, drooling on the ground. Plants appear behind him.

"Oh, I'm Enqo. Before you ask, no, I am 100% sure I am not that skeleton. No, I died by fading, which is an 100% chance if you are a creation which is connected to a master. As they died in childbirth, there was about a 50% chance they would have survived, meaning there was a 50% that I would be here now, not counting any other factors which brought me here."

 

"Hryth, could you come follow me and grow some speech flowers to break a communication barrier?"

 

"So, where are you right now?"

"I see, thank you." Helianthus says, before continuing on his way, again making sure to not step out of the path.

 

"Bit by something? Oh god oh god oh god, I'm going to die! I have so much to live for! Ihra, don't let me die!" Abigail says, freaking out and grabbing Ihra.

 

After another hour, the serpentine beast from earlier slides up near the path again.
"Human, I do believe you're wasting your time. Creatures with a much longer lifespan than you have died of age trying to find the end of the path. I strongly suggest you turn back."

"I can't help you if you keep me from casting spells!" She shouts, trying to get Abigail off her.
