Well you can't! No refund policy. If the staff gave an exception to one person, they would have to give an exception to the rest of the player base.

It seems outrageous and unfair, but life can be outrageous and unfair. Deal with it, move on, and guarantee you'll get an even better item someday.

Well only admins can get items, no one else, that includes GM's, Builder's, and Mods. Admins are super busy as well so they don't have time to refund everyone.

I'm pretty sure mods can spawn in items. They're opped, so if they wanted to, they could.

 

Only the Admins can spawn in items.

 

Mods are opped as well. I didn't say they were allowed to, but they're able to.

 

is this just a "if you die and lose your items no refunds" thing? because I have just encountered a glitch where if you were holding a item and click the compass (of course it was a accident) it will be DESTROYED apparently and no amount of clicking where the item was will bring it back. soooooo I guess my question is can I get THIS ONE GLITCHED item back?

btw it was a legendary identified assassin weapon I think it was called standslash? something like that (looks a bit like the weapon striker but with a hook on the end and a bandana looking thing hanging from the hilt) STATS: slow attack speed, 10-190 dmg 15-20 air dmg exploding 4% some life steal and 2 other things that I cant remember atm..

 

It's perfectly acceptable to report the glitch at https://github.com/Wynncraft/Issues/issues, but the no refund policy still stands.

Mods are very much not OP in the main servers, meaning that they can not spawn in items, even if they wished to do so. (They don't fly by going in to creative mode, but by using /fly)

 

I'm aware of how they fly, but how would they ban people while still not being opped?

 

Some servers do set up special privelages and rankings, for example an admin could have just created the rank moderator and then assigned commands to the rank. Not the most elegant way to do it, but it works

 

I've never encountered this, ever, and I can't replicate it. Perhaps you were riding a horse or a pet at the time, and dropped the item?

Yes I have, but there is nothing you can do once you have lost your item(s).
80 percent of the time losing your item is your own fault.
