If I'm able to pick the level of the item, I'm planning to make it a 92-96 legendary spear.

 

As far as I know @Nyam will be making a legendary or rare ring that will be around level 97 to replace raging winds she will be trying to get 20 walk max and have some defense debuffs etc

You could just trade your Lament for a Thrundacrack if you're just saying that because you need one ._.
