    Weathered, Gale's sight, Booster Plate, Crystal, Capricorn, Raging wind, Suppression, Royal Cyclone Amulet, Contrail, Water powders on the Weathered and Air powders on the armor whenever the update drops,

    98 intel, 100 agility

    This is all theoretical and there is prolly a much better build but

    A basic suggesrion would be
    Spectre
    Booster plate or Gales Freedom
    Crystal
    Steamjet walkers or wind mimic
    Raging winds or 1x breeze hands or supressions/concentration
    Contrail
    Royal stormy or dusty
    I have other more creative choices I probably won't mention for the moment but these are what most people use.
