    I know only the XP counts but:
    Thorns, Soulpoint is max,Reflection is 1 off max, Regen is 4 off max, Xp is 4 off max

    Greaves of Honor is only obtainable by a quest, and therefore is kinda valuable if it has a lot of xp. This one does have a good amount (with 39% as max). Additionally there are not really viable options as leggings.

    But if it is overpriced, someone with enough knowledge about it will correct me :)

    I am not sure about maxed GoH
    but 38% GoH worths up to 1.5stax and 1.75stax at most
    I dont see 35% GoH worths that much, it's 4 off 39

    You called, i came. Since xp is getting less good (gameplay update) the prices have gone down horribly, if i were you wait until they tell us more about the way of getting lots of xp other then quests or grinding (dungeons probs). the prices will go up again then (i think....) you should hold an to 'em for now.
