Help With Lag?

I went on wynn today to see what was happening and for some reason it puts me at 4 FPS when i play, i can play on other servers just fine, and I have optifine on, but for some reason when i use f3 it stops lagging.
Any way to fix this? I usually play at 50-120 FPS on this server.

Did you wait? I get crappy FPS for like 30 seconds after joining the game itself.

 

Found out what was causing the lag..... 5Zig

I was getting 4 FPS for no reason when i was playing, found out it was 5zig mod..... I use it all the time and it doesn't lag on other servers though

 

What's 5zig?

 

Happends to me aswell when i use liteloader i tried to find a solution but i couldnt so i gave up and used the normal version
