This is incorrect. Ohms' Bond was an item never meant to get in game and is only there because of a glitch. This is the same reason why items that were found from GM trials long ago were also illegal. Ohms' Bond is illegal.

It would likely be removed from the map once that Gameplay update comes out.

You have to have a pet and ride it. The pet will turn into a horse and you can equip it. It might disappear if you get off the pet or switch its type.
