This item is a little tricky to get and it's a little hard to see since it's found next to lava on the top of THE volcano. Only one of these could be obtained per server world due to the fact that these don't respawn unless a new server world opens or the current server restarts. Waiting too long while the chunk is loaded or unloading the chunk will cause the item to despawn. This item cannot be traded. It appears that this item could be used in a future dungeon or quest.

I would only throw it out if multiple staff collectively decide and send me a private message or the like. As far as I could tell, the item is in a player accessible location that isn't outside of the map. The item can be obtained without the use of glitches and it even has lore. This item is as legal as Third Stone Tablet, an item that went unused and was accidentally included in the initial Gavel update release.

He took the Wynnpack and changed the horse textures so they look like they have armor.

 

I went to the volcano islands for Wynn Excavation Site C earlier, and checked the top of each peak. Isnt that where he said it was?
Anyways, nothing was up there when I went there.
